I had a lot of fun creating this video -- it's totally new for me. I usually go with quieter ballads, but I love this arrangement of "Where or When" and had been looking for a way to use it for quite some time now. A lot of Norbert's "bad boys" are featured in here -- especially emphasized are his characters from Ticker and Deutschlandlied. Enjoy!
